Stacking the Shelves {3}

Welcome to another week of Stacking the Shelves, hosted by Tynga!
As Tynga explains, all you have to do is:
  • Create your own Stacking The Shelves post. You can use my official graphic or your own, but please link back to Tynga’s Reviews so more people can join the fun!
  • You can set your post any way you want, simple book list, covers, pictures, vlog, sky is the limit!
  • I am posting Stacking The Shelves on Saturdays, but feel free to post yours any day that fits you.
  • Visit Tynga’s Reviews on Saturday and add your link so others can visit you!
  • Visit other participants link to find out what they added to their shelves!

So a little while ago, I took advantage of The Book Depository's 10 % off coupon... and most of those books arrived this week. And I did a fair amount of book shopping... so it's kind of a big week for books, eek!

  • My Stubborn Heart by Becky Wade (purchased from Amazon Canada - this one is Christian ficiton that caught my eye when I was offered a review copy. I didn't want to review it, but I do want to read it so I just bought a copy for myself)
  • Obsidian (Lux #1)) by Jennifer L. Armentrout (purchased from Amazon Canada - I also have the original paperback, and I've read Obsidian already but I wanted the new one too!)
  • SIGNED Enthralled: Paranormal Diversions edited by Kelley Armstrong & Melissa Marr (purchased from Chapters at the Kelley Armstrong signing. I actually have TWO of these, one personalized for myself, and another signed one to be given away at a later date!)
  • ARC What Happens Next by Colleen Clayton TBR ~ October 9, 2012 (ARC received from HBG Canada)
  • SIGNED ARC Small Medium at Large by Joanne Levy TBR ~ July 3, 2012 (ARC received from Joanne! She's a fantastic local author, who has also sent me some swag to give out <3 on top of offering to send an ARC! She's pretty fantastic and so sweet!)

And... so much pretty swag!!!
  • I saw these YA book character bookmarks by James Vallesteros a while ago and picked up a whole set PLUS a few extras of my favourites for myself. I'll be using them in giveaways, so if you're lucky you might win one or two :)
  • Signed Velveteen bookmarks from Daniel Marks! (bottom left) these ons are super cool in person. Some of my fave bookmarks EVER. Good use of information on the back, and the front features a great snapshot from the book cover.
  • Class of 2K12 bookmarks from Joanne Levy (whole stack of these ones!)
  • Signed Small Medium at Large bookmarks from Joanne Levy! (a few more of these too!) I passed some of these as well as the Class of 2K12 ones to my sister's high school librarian, but I'm hanging on to some for future giveaways.
  • Darkest Powers bookmark & Rafe button from Kelly Armstrong signing
And one e-book this week! Pushing the Limits by Katie McGarry from Harlequin Teen on Net Galley.

And this week is the Bout of Books Readathon, so I've been busy reading lots! And more to come on this (Canadian) long weekend! :) Feel free to leave a link to your mailbox post so I can visit!

Haha yeah, my friends & I took advantage of the 10% off too! We purchased so many good books including City of lost Souls. I purchased Sweet Evil too a week ago and I must say, the storyline is amazing! It just took me 1 day to finish it because I couldn't put it down despite having to learn for exams xD Can't wait for book 2!

Thanks for this awesome post!
