I have been so anxious for this book, but ended up putting off buying my own copy because when I heard that Megan was having her book launch in Toronto, I just knew I had to swing by for this one!
I love any excuse to meet and support authors. Plus, I got to meet up with a number of other Ontario bloggers (and friends!) including Michele from Just a Lil Lost, Christa from Hooked on Books, Sara from Geek Girl's Book Blog, Wendy from A Cupcake and a Latte, Angel from Mermaid Visions, and Evie from Bookish!
I ended up being a little bit late so I missed Megan's talk (boo!) but I was still so happy to be able to stop by and meet Megan, who was super friendly and very sweet!
So I was able to pick up a signed copy of TWWF, as well as some really neat swag that Megan had put together. My personal favourite were her little bottles of TWWF hand sanitizer! I think it's just brilliant since the book's about a killer virus and all... gotta stay healthy somehow ;) She also had bookmarks, magnets, and highlighter/pens out too.
There were some good snacks and PLENTY of people which was great! Overall, it was such a fun time and well put together!
By the way, I started reading TWWF on my train ride home because I finished the only other book I had with me- and it TOTALLY sucks you in! I'm just loving it so far! I definitely recommend that you consider picking this one up :)

GAH! I have been so looking forward to reading this book and now I am even more excited to do so after knowing that it sucks you in!
Sounds like you had a good time (despite having missed Megan's talk)- I am totally jealous! ;)
