In My Mailbox {22}

In My Mailbox is a meme hosted by The Story Siren, which allows bloggers to share what books they’ve received in the past week. They can be from stores, contests, tours, publishers, libraries, borrowed books from friends, and the list goes
on! It's just a way of highlighting the books you received in the past week and making sure they're featured on the blog.

These past couple weeks have been busy, but there were two very special events I was able to attend that I was really excited for and thoroughly enjoyed! And of course, they involved lots of books :)

One was a special YA Blogger Event that Random House Canada put on - it was SO much fun, and everyone at RHC is just so lovely! They had 4 visiting authors there to tell us about their books and sign copies for us.

Then Razorbill Canada has had an author tour across Canada, and this week I attended the signing in Toronto which featured Jay Asher, Lesley Livingston and Charles de Lint! All three were just so much fun and great to meet, and it was just a fun night!

I also received a couple of surprise packages with some very exciting review books in them too, so there's LOTS featured here.

  • ARC My Life in Black and White (not pictured)
  • Someone Else's Life by Katie Dale ~ from Random House Canada
  • SIGNED Noah Barleywater Runs Away by John Boyne ~ from Random House Canada
  • SIGNED The Taming by Teresa Toten and Eric Walters ~ from Random House Canada
  • SIGNED The Dragon Turn by Shane Peacock ~ from Random House Canada
  • ARC Code Name Verity by  ~ from Random House Canada (TBR May 2012)
  • BZRK by Michael Grant ~ from Random House Canada
  • You Against Me by Jenny Downham ~ from Random House Canada
  • ARC False Covenant (Widdershins #2) by Ari Marmell ~ from Pyr Books (TBR June 2012)
  • Take a Bow by Elizabeth Eulberg ~ from Scholastic Canada
  • The List by Siobahn Vivian ~ from Scholastic Canada
  • ARC Girl Out Loud by Emily Gale ~ from Scholastic Canada (TBR June 2012)
  • SIGNED Under My Skin by Charles de Lint ~ purchased at Indigo for Razorbill signing
  • SIGNED Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher ~ personal copy brought to signing
  • SIGNED Once Every Never by Lesley Livingston ~ purchased at Indigo for Razorbill signing
  • SIGNED Wondrous Strange by Lesley Livingston ~ purchased at Indigo for Razorbill signing
  • The Selection by Kiera Cass ~ purchased from Amazon Canada
  • Masque of the Red Death by Bethany Griffin ~ purchased from Amazon Canada
  • ARC Team Human by Justine Larbalestier and Sarah Rees Brennan ~ from HarperCollins Canada (TBR July 2012)
And the e-books:
  • Dark Companion by Marta Acosta ~ e-galley from publisher via Net Galley (TBR July 2012)
  • Redemption by Veronique Launier ~ e-galley from publisher via Net Galley (TBR September 2012)
  • Temptation by Karen Ann Hopkins ~ e-galley from publisher via Net Galley (TBR June 2012)
And that's it! Honestly, this isn't what a normal two weeks looks like for me... But at least now that's school is over I can get to work on reading all of them! ;)

Feel free to leave your IMM link in the comments so I can check it out!
