I couldn't agree more...Wow GREAT review Brenna! I couldn't agree more with everything you said!! I am currently in the middle of Half-Bad and I agree that the story progresses very slowly and the whole jumping around the timeline has me interupting trying to get connected with the character. ALSO! I cant stand the second person narrative ... I just can't seem to get to involved with the story when I'm trying to figure out what he's trying to tell me BUT that being said I'm continuing the story BECAUSE it is so creative and refreshing as a story. Im going to force myself to finish this novel just because I feel like I owe it to Green to continue on even though I may have some issues. I still like the novel!
